Shipping/Returns Policy

 

  • Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Address Requirement: Shipping and billing addresses must match for all orders. Orders with mismatched addresses may be canceled.
  • Processing Delays:
    • Please allow additional processing time during major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and other peak seasons.
    • Estimated holiday delays: 3-7 additional business days.
    • Processing may also be delayed if the shop owner is on vacation.
  • Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
